Terms & Conditions


  • It is important to note that I am NOT a housecleaner or babysitter, although such services may be done on occasion, but not more than 1 hour per day.
  • Rates are in addition to any purchase costs.
  • Travel time performing tasks is part of the hourly rate.
  • Mileage performing tasks that exceeds 10 miles is subject to a charge of 55¢ per mile.
  • Normally, we will decide beforehand when your tasks are to be completed, which is of course subject to availability. I will do my best to accommodate your requests and last minute requests are encouraged, but not guaranteed.
  • Terms of service are subject to change including change in price, content, description, etc. However, these changes will not be made for established clients without prior notice.
  • Areas outside of the green circle below may require a minimum of 3 hours per visit:
